Iwai Mushanokoji's beautiful flowing tresses have been cursed all her life, making them seemingly impossible to cut. Then she encounters hair-obsessed Kiri Haimura, whose special set of scissors prove to be cursed as well when they cut off a single lock of Iwai's gorgeous mane! Unfortunately, others have Iwai's luscious locks as their mane obsession as well, and an entire evil crew cuts in on the action with their own cursed shearing implements!
