A: As someone whi has an amlergy to shell fish and just sea food itself, I can promise there is no baby shrimps used to make the kimchi!
A: It does have gochugaru in it (Korean Chili Peppers) but is a mild-medium spice level. If you're looking for a spicy kimchi, we have a spicy version as well.
