I thought I needed the lines "rooted out," but he was confident your treatment would work. I dropped one in each toilet the day I received the product and by the next day both toilets were flushing fine!!!!

I spoke with Jeremy who analyzed my problem - advised to use it and see if it works within 3 weeks - it worked in the first week!! Will be using these packets now as a maintenance
