SereneLife 12,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner & Heater

Good a/c so far. Bad window kit. The window kit was too big. I had to rig half of it with cardboard that I cut off of the box it was delivered with. . I thought it was supposed to be to be adjustable. Not for small windows. They should supply either a few different size pieces for the window kit. Then it would adjust.

I'm thrilled with my air conditioner! It's a great for cooling my 400 sq. ft. office space. Setup was a breeze with the included window mount kit, and the unit's compact size and wheels make it easy to move around. The dehumidifier function works like a charm. It's surprisingly quiet, even on high settings, which is perfect for my home office. It's efficient, versatile, and has made a noticeable difference in comfort during these hot summers.

I use this in my living room which is twice the size of my bedroom. It gets nice and cool. It takes time to work. But it's worth it on hot days. I like it. Thanks.

This is my second one. First lasted 4 summers then died Thats probably to be expected these days so i'm not too disappointed but took off one star for that. The new one works great, maybe a tad better because it's brand new and AC's tend to work less well year after year. It;s good for the $, but no small AC like this is going to cool a room bigger then maybe 25x15 It's more about sitting in front of it to cool yourself and getting the room a few degrees cooler. This one i believe is as good as you will find for the 4. I tried a toshiba that was 13 more BTU and much more $ and didn't work as well. So just remember no AC in this range is gonna be great, but i believe this one is about as good as it gets from my experience and from reading S ton of reviews. Oh, and it;s pretty economical when u get the power bill.

As far as stand-up units go this one is by far one of the premium units available. I purchased this and a split 12,000 BTU system one at each end of my house. They both work absolutely flawlessly but this unit being portable and being able to do as I wish with the vent For window venting. It works great.

This air conditioner is perfect, it has everything I wanted in one compact, portable unit. I had a large workshop space which was not conditioned in any way. I was really happy to find this unit that not only provides me cooling in the summer but will provide heat via heat pump in cold weather. It's the best of both worlds and an inexpensive way to achieve everything I wanted without any complex installation. This unit moves anywhere easily, being on casters and only requires a small opening to be able to vent. It is a great capacity for a large space too. My space is about 400sqft and it is easily able to keep up with demand. I like having the extra capacity though in case of extreme heat or cold. This unit has wifi control as well which is handy. I can raise or lower the temperature remotely, for example, bumping up the cooling on my way home when I plan to work in the garage and don't want to wait for it to cool. It works terrific and operates quietly. There is some noise with the fan, but that is it. Overall great unit.

I have about 800 sq ft duplex and whoever split the house into the duplex messed up the HVAC so my central air does not do well. I decided to buy this and it's been amazing! It doesn't cool off my bedroom or the back half but does a great job cooling my living room and kitchen. It's currently 100 degrees outside, this unit is set to 70. My indoor thermostat says it's 74 in here and it feels so much more comfortable. It is heavy but has wheels on it so moves easily in my house. Install was fairly easy. Will recommend!

Loves this AC unit. It takes relatively little time to set up and operate this equipment. I think the unit looks great; it has a really contemporary appearance. It works wonderfully to chill a spare room that isn't directly exposed to the central air conditioning system. This has also helped the room next to it. The remote control is the best feature. It is incredibly user-friendly and clear.

I have gone through two and they both lasted less than a season. I live in a mild location so it is only used around August and January. You will start to notice a decline and then it just pushes air with next to little change in temperature. I got mine months late so by time I realized it was failing it was almost expired. They sent a new one to replace it but refused to up the warranty but asked for a 5 star rating. The second one failed as well in the exact same time. Everything sounds like it works but the air just stays unchanged. I called them back and they just politely told me to kick rocks. I think they know their product will break. I got a new ac and it has been perfect. My old one from a decade ago still works as well… just not any serene life product I have gotten.

Barely lasted 2 months before it started blowing only hot air!

This unit will not correctly measure the temperature inside. It is about9-10 degrees higher than room temperature and will not come on when its very cold (freezing) inside. It looses WiFi and makes the app useless. Water will not properly exit with tube attached and the E4 light coms on even though its drained. I never had a product as bad s this unoit.

This portable unit works awesome, cools fast and the heater’s great too! Totally worth it!
