Don't ever buy anything from SereneLife. The treadmill arrived damaged and after waiting months for them to send a replacement part they sent the wrong part. Support takes weeks to respond and won't help at all with a return or refund, terrible company

Incline lock pin is missing & the treadmill running area is slanted so is hard to walk on, incline area came broken it is also hard to do incline which is why i got this treadmill…. If you are lucky you will get a good one if not you will get something wrong with it…

Tha product and company deserves zero stars. The unit arrived with a large piece broken in multiple areas. I was able to put the rest together and called the company to request a replacement piece. I was told they didn’t have the piece, but I could disassemble the unit, pack it back into the box, and carry the heavy item back to Target. Their product is poor, and so is their service.
