Reasonable quality, easy assembly
Purchased this for $79. 99. It requires assembly, which seemed simple with a screwdriver and screws included. Once together, it appears sturdy enough, and changing the combo lock was easy. Decent product at average value, in my opinion.

Defective combination lock
The combination lock is terrible. I have to assume either SereneLife changed to a new cheaper lock, or this one is defective. It gets stuck, isn't easy to change when not stuck, and has made it completely unusable for our purposes. We need to lock away treats and junk food to limit access, but as it currently is so difficult to get into that we've had to fall back to hiding them. . . The box is otherwise study and light and easy to move. We own one of the smaller SereneLife boxes, and it is excellent. Light, strong, lock moves easily. We hoped this larger one would be just as well-loved

Awesome Lockable box
For the price this box is awesome. Would love to give it 5 stars but the lid is a little wobbly and off centered so it's a little tricky closing. Opens great and locks great though.

Just ok
I like the capacity. Im using it to lock the school snacks, to protect them from significant other and always ""hungry"" kiddos. But the lock itself is pure junk. It is very hard to maneuver due to its cheapeness, the numbers are hard to see and you need to bend down to the lock level in order to see it and unlock the bin.

Flimsy junk
Latch/lock will not function. I put it together and the closed lid. . . and will not unlock/release. . . poor quality

Could use improvement
I'm sure with the assembly people been saying it was like my experience. Putting together wasn't hard but the hardware used and position to mount them could be improved especially since the screw hole was way smaller you have to force it, and they were in already tight areas

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!
Used for 1 day and locked stopped working. All of my items are now locked in the bin with no way to get them out other than to break the bin completely. I contacted customer service with no response at all. And yes, the lock was set correctly as I was able to open it a few times before it stopped working. Worst product and customer service EVER!!!!!!

PERFECT!
Bought this for my husband to have at work. He has a locker but it's very very far from where he works and he can't leave his desk. He keeps all sorts of things in there. And it's right under his desk. Plus the lock is awesome. Sorta easy to put together.

Works until they don't
I've had this for two years and I have bought two of them and both of them don't work. The codes don't work. The numbers get stuck. It's a waste of money at $80 plus for A lock box If you buy these, make sure you know that ypu will be buying another within another year to two years.

Dimensions in the pictures are NOT correct.
I bought this box specifically because the height listed in the pictures meant it would fit under our bed. Those dimensions are wrong. The box is not 9. 3 or 10 inches tall- it is over 12 inches tall. I put it all together and now I'm stuck figuring out where to store this.
