Q: Is this safe arounds children. I have a 1 year old and 4 year old who are all over our cat and dog. Our yard back up to woods and I keep finding ticks in the house. I need something fast.

i’ve been using these for my pets for years, even though they are pricey if you have multiple animals in the long run, you save money on flea and tick drops for all of them by just buying each one a collar which each collar last for about eight months, so you are really saving money in the long run plus they absolutely do work the whole time no sign of fleas or ticks on any of my animals these collars are amazing!

Horrible reaction to the neck area on both my cats. Very sad to see once I noticed. They were wounded with open sores all around their necks. Thought it was just an allergy on one but a week later I saw the other has same reaction. Do not buy!

Caused severe allergic reaction
My 8 year old Siamese cat (never shown allergies in past) had a severe allergic reaction to this collar causing wound like rashing under her chin/neck area. she’s a shy girl and hides a lot took me a while to notice unfortunately it will cost us a vet visit in the morning as it’s so bad. It was cut off immediately. This was our first and last time trying this product.

These are fake
These are fake, no powder, light and a completely different material. I got 3 off the shelf all of them looked weird no tags on the outside boxes and when I opened it it didnt have the reflective add ons I needed for the collar. Ive bought these for 10 years and never once did I not get the reflective pieces

Good for prevention

Wasteful packaging
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The collar is a lot narrower than the collars I’m used to seeing, but I couldn’t get past how wasteful the packaging is. I’m sure the smaller collar is nicer for the cats, but the collar was wrapped in plastic, inside a second container, and then wrapped in plastic again. Seems excessive.

Cancer causing
Do not ever buy!! I have been using this product on my cat for 10 years and we lost him to mouth cancer. Read the warning labels and the link between mouth cancer and these awful collars. I would give zero starts off possible.

Effective and affordable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Seresto collar was easily adjusted to fit the size of my cats neck. I felt it was effective as I didn’t notice any fleas due to her coming in and out. My kitty is just not a huge fan of a collar in general. But I would recommend it to help control fleas.
