100% Cotton Herringbone Potholder (Set Of 2) - Mu Kitchen

These are good ol pot holders. I’m not enthralled w/ new silicone pot holders. Was happy to find these @ a great price through Target.

I love these. I purchased 2 sets of these shortly after I married my husband in 2003! Those were denim and terry cloth. Then when we moved in 2018 I decided those were quite worn and opted to replace them (they're fine enough for us, but not great for family dinners). The second pair were an aqua color, and now I'm back in 2024 for a new set, this time I'm going for the navy blue. Yes, I suppose the originals held up longer (or I was a bit more tolerant of their worn state). At this price simply buy them and enjoy them for years to come. If only other more expensive things held up so well.

Excellent quality, just the right thickness, and colors are beautiful! Wish they had more colors in the 2pk as more cost effective than purchasing one mitt. These are made to last. Size and quality are similar to Williams Sonoma brand.

These are too thick to be able to hold onto pans well and they come out of the dryer lumpy.

I ordered the green color and the color is very pretty. Festive. These are larger than expected and so they're harder to fold over and kinda fall off my hands. Of course, if you have large hands they may be perfect! Quality looks great. They are as thick as others I have and should work well.

Solid and thick. Stiff, but I assume they will become more flexible with time.

Ordered this twice in two weeks. Heartbroken not to get the product in the picture. I was trying to replace the same pair of pot holders with the mitts wit the MU embroidered. The MU mitts that came (twice) were well constructed but significantly not as thick. I loved this alternative to bulky hand mitts. So sad that the mitt in the picture was not the mitt I received.

I bought the tan and it is more of a green color, disappointed and returned unfortunately.

I was burned while using these mitts - through the padding! Totally returning!

These potholders are thicker than what I was expecting and there's no way I will ever get burned using these. There's a nice sleeve that you insert your hand into so they stay on when using them. Very nicely made.

These are very large and very durable. I highly recommend these.

These seem like they're high quality, durable mitts, but they are just way too big to actually use. They make it very hard to grip anything because they're too big to bend around handles, they get into the food and get all messy...they are just way too large. Shame because they seem really nice otherwise.

I bought these online, I was looking for a pair of pot holders like I remember from my home growing up, not the mitts or anything too large or clumsy like that. Unfortunately, and maybe it's just because they are still too new, they are very awkard to use because of their large, square size and stiffness, they don't easily bend to grab your pot or pan. However, the heat resistence is just fine, and they are a pretty color and style, but I am looking to replace them with a pair that is smaller and more pliable.

I ordered these online in black. I chose the color to hide the grime and spills that happen which make most potholder unpresentable, even after a wash, after a month of use. I was less than thrilled to discover upon opening my package that the off-white terry you see in the pick makes up the fabric of the ENTIRE other side. This is not a black potholder. It is an off-white that happens to have black embellishment. Way disappointed! As far as function, they are fairly thick. Not as thick as some of my Kitchenaid ones. You can feel some heat from a screaming hot pan -400 degrees- but will not get burned. Not bad but for the price, there are better ones out there.

Love the color and material, but I have small hands and they are a little to big to use.
