this is a very nice dining table, good instructions, easy to assemble, clean lines, BUT mfgr used heavy-duty staples to staple shipping straps to underside of table. removing staples left gouges in the underside of table, and small pieces of metal that could not be removed. covered metal pieces with black tape so they would not snag clothes of those sitting at table
