I received the item completely broken the back was split in half and one of the spindles was torn out. Submitted a replacement and returned the broken one the next morning. There was already tracking info for the replacement a week from today. Went to go check on it after I made the return and my order was cancelled because it’s out of stock now. Super upsetting that I received a broken item in the mail and now I can’t even have the product I wanted. It doesn’t look like it’ll be getting restocked because it won’t allow me to turn on notifications. Why would you send me a broken item. It was clearly broken before it went in the mail it was manufactured incorrectly. Now I’m without seating around my table. We have the matching shaker chairs so we needed this to match.

Beautiful bench, loved it... Until it randomly cracked down the center of the seat. We never used this very heavily, it usually had a pillow or two and was in our front entry. Dog toys were stored underneath it in a basket. The kids occasionally put school papers on it for me to find. It was very sturdy and was beautiful in my modern farmhouse, but we cannot explain why it cracked. Target took it right back even though it had been 9 months, so that was great. I want to order a new one so badly because I loved the look of it.

I purchased this bench Feb 2023 and have used it mostly for decoration or holding purses. We heard a loud bang the other day and noticed that the bench cracked straight through. Very frustrating and disappointing. I came to my app to check when I purchased this and if there was any recourse only to notice other people have had the same issue. Please make this right Target.

We loved the look of this bench and thought it was high quality. I was hesitant to purchase based on others reviews, but took a chance. Listen to the reviews!! This bench was hardly ever sat on, mostly decoration. It randomly cracked all the way through. Such a waste of money, hoping Target makes this right!

I love the bench but it came scuffed up with black markings everywhere (did not come off when cleaned) and there was a 3 inch spot of discoloration like it had been water damaged. There was no way I was going to be able to fit it in my car and they wanted me to take back to target or post office to return it — I live 30 minutes away from the nearest target.
