The directions are totally inadequate. No diagrams to show where vavles are and they are well hidden out ouf the box. The "air pump" is a cheap 5 inch hand pump meant for inflating soccer balls. I was glad I already owned an electric pump. The hose is paper thin the seal on the bath appears that it will not last long. Overall, a terrible product that I wish I never bought.

I enjoy getting the benefits of an ice bath without having to be outside and completely frozen. The nice thing is I don’t have to go far for ice. I can create some using the snow, I’ve even just used snow. After having a long workout it’s nice to have a dip. The ice bath is very easy to assemble and disassemble with very little effort. It’s also quite spacious. I am 5’3” and my oldest child is 5’9”, I fit with lots of space and he has plenty of space as well. Overall, I’ve been very impressed. I would definitely recommend to anyone who participates in sports or enjoys working out.

As long as you have access to water and Ice it will directly set up you up for an invigorating plunge. It has a nice extendable drain hose and the required tools for inflation. It feels sturdy and reliable, I never worried of damaging it by accident. If you did happen to damage it, your in luck, because it comes with a patch/repair kit. It comes with a nice cover to protect the water. Overall, it’s a very straightforward product that delivers in all the ways you would expect, and a little more for good measure. Get it, hop in, and feel the RUSH!

The tub is light but big enough to comfortably hold one adult. It’s easy to put together and take apart. I set mine up in the garage on a tarp. It comes with a lid so you can get a few uses out of it before you drain. It has a drain on the bottom making it easy to empty. It helps with sore muscles and elevates your mood. If you ever thought about trying one give this one a try by Sharper Image.

It’s slightly small for my boyfriend (6’, 185#), he finds it difficult to get in and not over flow the tub. For me it works great! We use it regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in South Dakota where winters tend to be brutal. We set this ice bath outside our home under our deck, away from most of the elements. This year has been an odd winter where today is the first day we have honestly had snow. When we first set it up the ice stayed for about a week until we had a warm spell. After that it would slightly freeze and thaw back and forth. I expect the ice bath to be easier to use with some colder temps coming soon. However, I foresee the issue of it freezing too much since it will get below zero here frequently. This bath does not come with temperature control which would definitely make it easier to use. Honestly, I don’t see anyone dragging this thing from place to place and refilling it with ice every time. I feel like a standalone one with temperature control would make more sense. Maybe I am missing why someone would want to travel with this but it isn’t THAT compact where you would want to fly with it. For sitting at my house I like it and it works well in cold temperatures but I would think it would be a pain to keep cold in warmer temps.

We got this for our daughter that place soccer to try and see if the hype about ice baths are true and they are! Don’t waste your money on the expensive ones if you are just starting out, this one does the same exact thing plus it’s portable, has a drain and folds right to store. If your worrying about not being able to fit in it, you’ll be surprised my 6 foot Husband was able to fit in it with no problem at all - remember your sitting in it.
