Q: It says on the box “hooks included” After purchasing i looked in the product details and it says ‘top loop for easy hanging’ this is severely misleading and “top loops’ are not a special feature, and should not be advertised as ‘hooks’

A: It must have come with hooks at one point bc there’s a small plastic container in the middle of the box that would have easily held 100 hooks. It is empty.

Q: Can these stand up straight on their own? I'm thinking of using them as place card holders.

A: These are ball-shaped ornaments. There is no flat side that would prevent it from rolling. You could try pouring something like sand into the ornament and that might weight it down some, or use museum wax on the bottom side of the ornament to secure it in place on the table. At the end of the day, these are ornaments, they are not place card holders.

Lots of Xmas decor at a low price
A temporary move during the holidays left me in need of ornaments. The price was right and sticking with a color theme made my tree pop. Ornament hangers are included. There were extras which I strung on a long ribbon and used to decorate an archway. These are heirlooms but they made for a beautiful tree.

Cute but missing hooks
I like the ornaments, they look nice and the variety makes decorating fun. They are a little smaller than I thought but they still work. The main reason for my low rating is because it says hooks are included, but there were no hooks at all in the box. I had to go buy some separately, which was disappointing. If they actually included what was advertised, it would have been better.

Ornaments quality review
The overall quality of the ornaments is not bad, but I did experience a few issues. Some of the tops where the caps connect to the balls were loose, and a couple had already fallen off in the package. The hooks came in a small paper pouch, but they weren’t bendable at all, so I ended up having to purchase separate hooks to use them properly. I bought the multi-color option, but the distribution was uneven. About half of the ornaments were multi-color, while the rest were mostly red and gold. This left the green and silver colors noticeably lacking. It makes me wonder if I might have received a defective set. Please make sure to double-check the color count carefully before purchasing.

Smells like skunk?
