Completely different product but they call it the same thing. I’ve used the original for years, it was course and actually scrubbed. This new goop is exactly that. It’s applesauce consistency and lathers like soap. The old formula never made me break out. I returned it immediately and will have to find something else now. Disappointing.

This USED to be the best scrub - natural, mild smell, and nice consistency. They have apparently changed the formula and it's awful. I threw mine out. The smell is nasty, it's sticky, and it's overall a total shame how this product has fallen from grace. I am now on the hunt for a new scrub.

This used to be a genuine scrub. It’s so disappointing how it changed. It now has the consistency of a lotion with a few scrub beads, doesn’t exfoliate at all. It shouldn’t be labeled an exfoliator

Wishing this was a fluke. I was so disappointed when I picked this up to find this is not the same scrub I have been using for years!!! This new one smells good (so did the old one) but it's mushy and wet. Opposite of a scrub I want to use for the purpose of exfoliating. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OG! and remarket this one as a separate product line.

I'm devastated by this formula change, it's awful! This was my go to scrub for years, I searched high and low to get it. It was gritty and gave an amazing exfoliation, exactly what I wanted in a scrub. Now it's gummy and weird! There's pretty much no exfoliation anymore. It does seem more moisturizing, but I don't buy a scrub for that purpose.

I really enjoyed using the SheaMoisture Coconut & Hibiscus Hand & Body Scrub. The scent is tropical and uplifting, the texture feels rich but not too heavy, and it leaves my skin smooth and soft. I find it very effective at exfoliating without being harsh, and the packaging is sturdy and convenient to use. For the price, I think it’s great value, and I would definitely repurchase.

I loved the old formula that was white and had more natural ingredients and vitamin E. It scrubbed my skin, moisturized it. This version has replaced it. Barely any exfoliating, way soapier, slimy. The rating on Yuka went from Excellent to just Good. I do NOT like the changes that were made. The old sugar scrub was way better- did not need worse ingredients and worse quality for the same price. I swear by this brand but I am highly and incredibly disappointed in them going main stream and deterring away from their original ingredients. I'll still use any formula that has not been touched, but this definitely will not be one of them.

I loved the old formla. It was perfect. I used it for my feet and it always left them soft and smelling good for the day. It was the only body scrub that I used. It was the only one of its kind. Now it is like all the other body scrubs. The sugar barley scrubs. The smell used to be Devine, now it smells like sour milk.
