I’ve used this a few times, makes your hair a nice texture especially if you have thinner hair. Scent is really strong though and sickly, not my favorite. I think shea moisture has great products but they always feels tangled brushing through my hair. Not super effective in my opinion, but cute packaging. Decent value for cost.

The formula didn’t work for me. It felt heavy and left buildup after a few washes. My scalp is pretty sensitive, and this made it feel itchy and dry. It also had a strong scent. Overall my hair didn’t feel clean or healthy.

This shampoo smells soooo good and makes my bonus daughter's curls feel clean but not stripped. It’s super gentle, which I like, but sometimes she has to use a little extra to get rid of product buildup. Still one of her faves!

It’s very moisturizing and works perfectly with the following conditioner. Been trying out shampoos for many weeks and this is the only one that has left my and my sisters’ hair all clean and smooth. I have type 4 hair, dry/low porosity, and struggle with scalp dermatitis, so I’m picky about what I use. I’ve been using both the shampoo and conditioner from SheaMoisture’s Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Shine line. Honestly, it’s a pretty good product—not amazing, but better than a lot of other shampoos I’ve tried. It gets my hair clean without stripping it completely dry, and my curls feel a little softer and more manageable afterward. Packaging is nice. It hasn’t flared up my scalp issues, which is a plus. I wouldn’t say it works miracles, but it’s solid. I’m still figuring out what works best for my hair, but this feels like a decent step in the right direction.
