couldn't even build it!
got home to start putting it together, took everything out of the package and no screws.. or threaded rods l... LITERALLY NO HARDWARE IN THE BOX. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I don't live close to a target, now I have to make a whole special trip to go return this peice of crap.

Cheap and doesn't fully work
Incredibly cheap material, difficult to build, and does NOT work with a 3-way bulb. It works with a standard bulb well enough but the packaging tells you to buy a very expensive 3-way bulb and then only does one brightness setting. I wish I could return it but it will probably break upon dissassembly so I guess I’m stuck with it.

Inadequate assembly instructions
Leaving a one star review because the assembly instructions are very inadequate. Doesn’t mention one whole part, part E (the part with the electric cable running through it), at all. We figured it out (or so we thought), assembled the whole thing and then had to dismantle it to fix this piece. Very poor.

Packaged to drive you insane
In the store this looked fine, but when I got it home I realized as soon as i opened it that the shelves were too small to be useful. Getting it back in the box is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Sometimes I think they package things so customers will give up and keep the item. I'm returning this the mess that it is in now, I don't have all day to figure out how all those parts, connected by a wire, are supposed to be fit like a puzzle back in the box. My advise is only buy if you are CERTAIN this is what you want, or go crazy and waste time trying to return it.

Nice Lil Lamp
It’s a nice lamp. The materials are kinda lightweight and came a little chipped already. Personally, I don’t mind. If you’re looking for really high quality or a statement piece, keep looking. But if you’re looking for a lamp with shelves this will do! Wasn’t expecting the best of the best quality, but I do think they could make it a little sturdier/heavier.

don’t buy this lamp, you can find it for half the price on amazon. got it from target thinking quality would be good but it is lopsided and cheap and light. The lamp included is not worth $5, not bright at all. The pieces don’t line up and there’s gaps between them.
