Shoal Creek Nightstand Oiled Oak - Sauder: Bedside Table with Storage Shelf, MDF & Particle Board

Item arrived scraped and with an opening on top of box. When opened the deep scrape went through onto the top of wood surface. I was dismayed to see the contents were rather poorly packaged to begin with with nothing between the cardboard and wood surface. Definitely returning and not reordering.

Let me say first that the instructions are wonderful. Hidden cams (I've been suspicious for some time now). Hammer. Not actual size. Time to refresh your drink. Life is too short not to have some fun. Oh, and a nice product. Happy Friday!

As advertised and easy to assemble. Can't get any better than that.

The color of the night stand looks exactly like the picture. All parts were included. It would be faster to assemble the night stand, if all the parts would be identify by numbers. Has easy to follow instructions. I have one recommendation. The drawer should have a stop in the back so it would not go so far in to the night stand.

Tapped a flimsy pressed wood component this morning, and it completely split into 2 pieces. Attempting to glue it back together.

The size is great. The material is good. The labor time and effect to put it together, wasn't bad but could have been assembled at the furniture store.

These look awesome and are easy to put together with clear instructions! I would be careful to check your product for damage tho, as one of mine came with a dented in corner from shipping damage.

Use as a nightstand, holds alarm, lamp and cpap machine.

Really appreciate being able to purchase a product that perfectly matches all the other Sauder pieces in my house.

This was pretty simple to put together. The parts and directions were top notch. (Skip the videos, they are not that useful though.) Looks nice.

This night stand in the oiled oak color, looks like a much more expensive piece of furniture, than it is. it's very sturdy after it is assembled, and the perfect height for a nightstand. It has an easy slide out drawer with a self close feature on the drawer suspensions for last few inches of travel and a shelf at the bottom for storage. Parts fit together very easy and tight fitting. ( I always use wood glue on the edges of the pieces for added strength) that is nor required just my OCD and overkill for this type of furniture. My wife sleeps with a fan blowing in her face and a CPAP machine this nightstand has plenty of table space for both and the perfect height for her to reach over and operate either item. Very happy with this purchase, I also bought the matching Dresser and Chest. I would recommend this purchase to others.

It took about two hours to assemble. May be an issue with the drawer: I think it goes in too far. I'll try to put in a "stopper". This is for our guest room; I'm sure the guests will like it.

I bought this product to go with the matching dresser and chest I bought too. I chose the oiled oak because it looks like it's much more expensive furniture than it really is. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend this product for family, friends and others. It is very study, and just the right height for a bed side table.

Received my Shoal Creek Night Stand today, it arrived in good condition. Assembly was easy and it looks better than expected, very sturdy. I would recommend this purchase to my friends and others.

I bought this for my granddaughter to go next to her bed. She likes it. The dresser is well worth the price. My son put it together in less than an hour.
