Way Too Big
I’m an adult with, in my opinion, an average sized mouth and this guard was way too big. It fit fine over the braces, but was so large I couldn’t close my mouth fully without it being uncomfortable and painful. The top of the mouth guard dug into my gums both in front of and behind my teeth. I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to try to return it or cut it down to see if I can make it fit better. Definitely be aware that this is a really large mouth guard. It is definitely a quality item otherwise. The material seems to be high quality and it is definitely wide enough to fit over braces.

Really appreciated the timeliness of Targets services. I ordered it online midnight before I needed to pick it up and when I woke up the following morning my order was ready. Quick and easy check out process too.
The mouthguard itself is perfect for my teenage wrestler. Protects either the top or bottom, but we got two to do both. Functional for a short-term period with two in the mouth at the same time. Grip is comfortable, even for braces-wearers.
