They are wireless Bluetooth headphones allowed by airlines, but because they feature an open-ear bone conduction design, cabin noise can make listening difficult unless you pair them with foam earplugs.     Good sound

    The band at the back is bigger than my other Shokz and makes it difficult to lie down. Annoying that there is no mute button to mute the microphone.

    Sound quality is fine but wish it were louder

    I was hoping these would be a great as my OpenFitAir ones. They are the best phones I have ever owned. The sound is just not loud enough even with the adjustments recommended,

    Third pair for me. Love them but side button always seems to eventually break off, leaving the headset useless. There should be some type of work around for that situation.

    This is my second Shokz.

    This is my second Shokz. The first set's battery reached the point it could hold no charge and it was past its warranty, so I got a new set. Will be hopeful its battery will last.

    Headphones Don't Hold Charge

    I bought a pair of open move shokz in January. After less than a month of usage, while I was on a trip, these headphones stopped charging forcing me to buy a new set of headphones at the airport. After a month of going back and forth with shokz support I was able to get a replacement pair. I have had this new pair for about 6 months and it will go from fully charges to dead in less than an hour of usage. I really like this product when it works, but unfortunately I spend most of my time. Trying to charge them and have to bring a backup pair of headphones everywhere because these die so quickly

    incredible

    i've always struggled with ear buds because they hurt and i can't have them in for very long. i've done over the ear headphones, but i don't like wearing them when i'm outside walking or working out. these bone conduction headphones are incredible. they have been great for me and i'm so excited to have found them.

    OpenMove

    This is my third pair of Shokz OpenMove. My only complaint is the charging cover on the headphones broke off rather soon on the first two pairs. I believe this exposes the headphones to dust and moisture shortening the shelf life. Not sure how to prevent it, I use them everyday. They are still the best headphones I have used.

    They were great at first. . .

    But 6 months later they won't hold a charge. The first pair of Shokz Minis lasted for almost 5 years. They actually still work but people have trouble hearing my husband on calls now. So I bought these for Christmas to replace them. People started having trouble hearing him again and then they just stopped charging. We have tried multiple chargers.

    Open Move Review

    I've been a long-time customer. As a single sided hearing person, this product is now crucial to my day-to-day work life. In ear headphones do not work for me and cause inner ear pain. i've learned how to handle the product so it doesn't break at the temple. As for the Open Move, which I purchased for a friend (i've done that 3 x so far), is a bit heavier than the Open Run I use. Otherwise, great product.
