Signature Cave Aged Gruyere Cheese - 7oz - Good & Gather™

This Gruyere is delicious! I wasn’t sure what to expect but it melted perfectly into my potatoes au gratin sauce and is fantastic on crackers. Great option!

I added mine to some crackers for a great flavor, but this cheese would also be absolutely gorgeous on a charcuterie board. Wish you were here. I received an incentive to write this review.

This cheese is amazing, it tastes great. I bought it to make Au Gratin potatoes for a Thanksgiving get together and was pleased. My dish recieved many compliments for the taste and it will be returning next year. I'm obsessed with the flavor!

I’m not sure what I was expecting but it reminded me of fresh Parmigiana but with a slightly milder, nuttier flavor. The outside edge was stronger and very dry. I could have probably grated it like Parm but the middle cheese was softer and went well on the burger I put it on. I think this cheese would be amazing on pasta and It was a good buy.
