    Very tasty, but gristle is some pieces

    I like this salami with its peppercorns. But biting into a slice of the salami and finding a sizeable piece of gristle tells me that the company is too aggressive at cutting corners by putting considerable gristle in its product.

    NOT the SAME

    Why was the packaging changed in made smaller & cheaply made so as hard to open & then ends up ripping & u can’t close properly at zip lock. Why do all of Corp take a very good thing & worsen it. Don’t tell me…their bottom dollar & SAVING money as if the public who have been buying it 4 years won’t Notice or care! :( Also has THIS Product always had Fructose Corn Syrup in it? If so, Why is this Necessary as a less than healthyadditive??

    The new ziplock package does not open. It is totally sealed and just rips so the ziplock is useless. Please fix asap. The previous package was better

    Ive been buying the peppered salami now for a month and it's the best meat I've ever had. I spent 3 years in Europe tasting their salami and they don't beat Columbus Salami. Very Very tasty.

    Brings back good memories

    Columbus salami is the best salami available. Growing up in Marin County we would allways get some good sour dough bread sharp cheddar and Columbus dry salami I moved to oklahoma and missed this so much. The other day I saw Columbus in the local deli. Now I can share the amazing product with my kids and grandkids. We went through 5 pounds in 1 day feeding everyone.
