I’ve been using this milk for a while now, and it’s easily one of my favorite plant-based milks. The texture is smooth and creamy, and the vanilla flavor adds just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. It works perfectly in coffee, cereal, and smoothies, and I love that it’s dairy-free, lactose-free, and packed with nutrients like calcium and vitamins, making it a healthier alternative to regular milk. Overall, it’s a delicious, versatile option that I always keep stocked in my fridge.

You never have very many of them available. What deals with that if something sells often you should apply on the shelves more items.I

did you change the formula ??
using my recent silk vanilla purchase in my cappucino machine/foamer, the foam no longer has the very fine texture it's always had for years, instead the bubbles are larger and not appealing. i don't use another brand for that very same reason.

Low quality pour spout
This is a good quality almond milk, but the packaging needs improvement. The plastic ring opening for the pour spout, breaks easily, and you then have to resort to tearing the carton open - which, of course, defeats the purpose of having the plastic pour spout. That’s the only reason I’m giving this rating a 4.

Great milk substitute
I love this milk, I use it to make my matcha and coffee on days when I can’t have dairy. It has a very smooth and refreshing taste. I also use it for cooking and baking.

Fake Cake Flavor YUCK
Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Dairy Free Almond Milk has a fake cake flavor. Just like flavored candies that taste like cake. It does not have a true vanilla flavor. Won't buy again.

Questionable Ingredients
I used to enjoy this product, but I have some concerns about the ingredients. Why would a mineral blend be added esp B12, when the added calcium would nullify it. Essentially calcium nullifies the absorption of minerals. Also a question on the choice of Vitamin E acetate - it's just a nice way of saying synthetic Vit E or dl-alpha tocopherol which never leaves the body. A while back some companies were deriving E from soy but your description says "no soy." You have taken the time to use sunflower lecithin which is a plus, and not simple "lecithin" which is derived from soy. Are the added minerals in minute quantities that they actually do not add anything worthy to the product?

Thank you for your review of our Original Almondmilk! We appreciate you taking the time to ask these questions. Our vitamin E acetate is derived from soybeans, but purified so that it does not contain any allergenic material from soy. As for how much of each vitamin is in the Almondmilk, you can find this on the Nutrition Facts either on the carton or on our website. For further questions, we would recommend contacting us using the form on our website. Thank you again for reaching out, and we hope that our answers will help you feel more comfortable with using our products. - Jack at Silk

Tastes great. I use it in recipes and I’ve eaten it with cereal. The vanilla flavor is good too I just prefer the plain.

Love this for a milk alternative! Still so much flavor and creamy. I normally have a hard time with alternatives when I eat cereal and this still tastes great!

Did you change the recipe?
We have been buying this brand for years- Probably 10-12 yrs, but something has changed. It seems much thicker and the texture is kind of gross. We do not like it anymore. We are now trying other brands to find one we like better.

No vegetable oil please
Please go back to the original recipe with no vegetable oil. Loved the unsweetened vanilla but now it's hard to find the old formula that does not have vegetable oil added.
