I have been drinking and using Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk since I met my boyfriend 4 years ago. I loved it the minute he gave me my first cup of coffee with Silk Vanilla Creamer in it and now the milk and the yogurt!! I found out last week at my doctor appointment that my last bone scan that I am not far off from Osteoporosis. She started me on Vitamin D , 5,000 units last year and now Calcium 600 mg a day. We have been doing a search for foods high in calcium and discovered Silk Milk contains 35% of the daily requirement for 1 cup. So 2 cups are now added to my daily diet with other calcium rich foods.

We use Silk exclusively after trying several other almond milk brands. We like the creamy texture and flavor over other brands that seem either too thin or overly almond tasting. Cow's milk makes both my husband and experience upset and gassy stomachs.

I don't like that you add any calcium carbonate or sunflower or canola oil. When I buy almond milk, I want that, not a bunch of additives. Reason: Calcium carbonate is not easily absorbed by my body. I don't want that. And sunflower and canola oil....are omega 6 fats. I eliminate as much of them as I can from my diet.

I switched from Silk soy milk to Silk almond milk on the advice of my doctor. While I loved the soy milk, I really love the almond milk!!!! It has a great taste, no weird aftertaste and can be used in cooking or baking with no issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Tavia Stripe Rod Pocket Back Tab Linen 84" curtains for my living room, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. These curtains have not only transformed the look of my space but also impressed me with their quality and functionality. First and foremost, the design of these curtains is simply stunning. The Tavia Stripe pattern adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to any room. The stripes are well-defined, and the color palette blends perfectly with my existing decor. Whether drawn closed or open, the curtains become a focal point in the room, drawing the eye with their timeless beauty. The fabric used in these curtains is top-notch. The linen material feels soft and luxurious to the touch, giving the curtains a high-end look without the exorbitant price tag. It also allows just the right amount of natural light to filter through, creating a warm and inviting ambiance during the day while still offering privacy in the evenings. One of the standout features of the Tavia Stripe curtains is their versatility. The rod pocket and back tab design make installation a breeze. I opted to use them with a decorative curtain rod, and they hung effortlessly, thanks to the well-sewn rod pockets. Additionally, the back tab feature allows for a clean and polished appearance, even when the curtains are open, giving my windows a neat and tailored look. Another notable aspect is the length of the curtains. At 84 inches, they gracefully cascade to the floor, adding a sense of height and spaciousness to my room. The generous width of each panel ensures that they cover my windows fully, effectively blocking out light and maintaining a consistent temperature indoors. What impressed me most was the curtains' ability to regulate the room's temperature. During hot summer days, they effectively blocked out the harsh sunlight and kept my living room pleasantly cool. In the winter, they provided an extra layer of insulation, helping to retain warmth and reduce energy costs. This versatility makes the Tavia Stripe curtains an excellent year-round investment. Lastly, these curtains are easy to care for, which is a huge plus for me. I was pleased to discover that they are machine washable, and after following the care instructions, they came out looking as good as new. In conclusion, I highly recommend the Tavia Stripe Rod Pocket Back Tab Linen 84" curtains to anyone in search of a high-quality, stylish, and functional window treatment. With their captivating design, premium fabric, and easy installation, they are a fantastic addition to any home. Whether you're redecorating or simply updating your window coverings, these curtains are an excellent choice that will not disappoint. I am thrilled with my purchase, and I'm sure you will be too.

If you are drinking to be healthy the last thing you want is Sunflower or Canola oil. I liked this one over other brands in same price range however won’t be buying anymore due to those ingredients.

Almond milk issue? - 10 months ago
originally posted on silk.com
We buy gallon size silk unsweetened almond milk. Last week at the store I noticed the containers changed and I could see the liquid inside because the new container is more transparent than previous. So when opening it the milk is separated and there are chunks inside. There’s a July 23 expiration date. So I don’t think I will be buying silk anymore. I was curious if there was a production issue or if these new gallon containers may be causing problems with the almond milk. Can’t afford this milk and problems like this these days. Hopefully this is an isolated issue. I’ll try another brand or carton next time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from using dairy mail in my morning smoothies to using this Silk Unsweet Almondmilk and I'm glad I did. The almond milk is creamier, a fraction of the calories, and no added sugars. This is great for dairy milk replacement in smoothies or protein shakes, but the taste is different so it may not work as well for cooking like in mashed potatoes or mac and cheese. I like it as a replacement in cereal, but it was a no go for my kids in their cereal. Guess it is a matter of taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this for the first time last week, and I would have to say its really good. I've never tried any type of product like this before. Always a true dairy person. The flavor is really good, much better than I had expected out of a nut based product. I would recommend this to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Silk unsweetened almond milk! I don't drink regular milk anymore as it is full of calories and sugar. I love that I can still get my daily calcium intake by drinking almond milk instead. At only 30 calories and 0 grams sugar, I'd say it's a wonderful alternative. I like to use sugar free chocolate syrup in it. Yum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Silk almond milk is smooth and creamy and a great alternative to milk due to a sensitivity to dairy. I've even transitioned to using it in my coffee and in my protein smoothies. There is no sacrifice in taste with it being sugar free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almond milk and it was delicious. I put it on m’y cereal and I loved it because it cut down on the sweetness of the cereal. I love it in my coffee too. I am so happy to have something that tastes great and has less sugar. I will be replacing my regular milk with almond milk. It is also easier to digest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Silk brand as it is one of the best tasting almond milks around. It is not too thick or creamy and the unsweetened version is great with breakfast cereal and my morning coffee. I got the lower calorie version, so there is no guilt with me having 2 bowls of cereal. There is also a non-gmo label on the carton, so I know these are naturally grown almonds used for this milk.
