My Favorite
This is my favorite creamer, and am now having trouble finding it. Has it been discontinued? I've tried others and have even made my own with cashews, etc. but not happy with any of them. My local store has stopped carrying it. Sad...

Meh
This doesn't have much of a taste in my opinion compared to other vanilla creamers I've tasted. Wouldn't recommend

Go back to Old formula
This is always been a five star product until recently. It’s so watery you have to use so much and then you have to heat it up again in the microwave. We’re using at least three times as much if not more. You need to go back to the old formula or we’re buying something else.

Money vs Quality..new ingredients losing customers
Awful. We really enjoyed this creamer for years. Noticed a change and saw the ingredients were changed without any need. Most likely cheaper ingredients to make more money at the sacrifice of quality.

RIP Favorite Creamer Of All Time
So disappointed. I’ve been exclusively buying this creamer for years and it was the best texture, no weird chemical aftertaste. Recently the recipe has definitely changed for the worst. It’s way thinner, so you have to use more product. The worst part is the beads of oil that sit on the top of the coffee. It leaves a film on your tongue. Yuck. And it doesn’t emulsify like it used to. It used to be in a league of it’s own. Now it’s just as meh as all the other sub-par dairy-free creamers out there. I noticed the ingredients are different and so is the caloric value, but if they wanted to change the recipe and still have a superior product, this is not it. I’ll be switching to another.

Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer formula changed
Oh no! It’s NOT the same creamy formula. Now it tastes watered down. I have been buying Silk Vanilla creamer for years. Please go back to making the previous creamer recipe. 😭

will not be purchasing this product again, I have been using it for years, and was very disappointed when I noticed my last 3 containers tasting very watered down and looked like it went bad when I poured it in my coffee. Now im purchasing multiple vanilla creamers to find a substitute. Please bring back the old formula.

NEW RECIPE SUCKS!!!!!
I have been using this product in my coffee every day for 5+ years and I used to enjoy it very much. Recently I noticed a significant decline in quality. Now the creamer curdles and splits every time I add it to my hot coffee, completely ruining the experience. After many disappointing mornings, wasting several pour overs of perfectly good coffee with this new inferior recipe, I am sorry to say that I am no longer a customer. I switched to Sown vanilla oat creamer and I am much happier. What a shame. I hope someone gets fired for this debacle!

What is going on?
What has happened to my favorite creamer?? It doesn't taste the same and it curdles in every cup. of coffee. I've bought 4 different quarts, and they are all the same. Please let me know what is going on.

From the best to the WORST
Photos to add to my review poster previously. This is absolutely unacceptable! I am going to stop wasting my very hard earned money. Probably $50 down the drain at this point.

FROM BEST TO ABSOLUTE WORST!
So good to know it is not "just me" who is suddenly having issues with this product! Like others stated, I have tried every non dairy vanilla creamer out there and NOTHING compares! However, recently this product keeps separating in my coffee. I kept thinking maybe I had left it on the counter too long or that it was part of a bad batch. BUT IT KEEPS HAPPENING WITH EVERY NEW CONTAINER THAT I BUY. And it tastes horrible. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Definitely Different
Like many of the recent comments below, we have been buying the vanilla soy creamer for a decade+ and clearly something is different in all of the cartons that we've purchased in the past couple of months. It no longer froths and is a little less sweet. Further, all 4 stores in our area who carry it have none in stock. Please explain what's happening with full transparency. Thank you.

Formula change has ruined the product
The formula has clearly been changed. It's watery and less sweet, and now it curdles in coffee instead of frothing. Why would the company cheap out on its customers and think we wouldn't notice? Our family has been using this creamer daily for a decade, but now it's just awful. Change it back, and give us a refund for the watered down crud we all purchased recently.

Very disappointed
I just poured out 4 cartons of Vanilla creamer due to it curdling in my coffee and having a slightly sharp or sour after-taste. I even opened multiple cartons, thinking maybe I just picked up a bad one, but reading other reviews across the internet, I see I am not alone. We are extremely disappointed that apparently Silk has changed the recipe. Why did you change it?!? It used to be so good that my non-coffee drinking spouse started enjoying daily coffees, but now neither of us can abide it. Please fix this.

SO SAD
I have been buying silk vanilla creamer for a decade maybe. It's the only creamer I use and everyone in my family knows this. We get multiple at a time because if i run out then mama is MAD and that's not good for anyone. Well, over the last month I've noticed it curdling in my coffee. This never happened before. Every other vegan creamer curdles which is why I stuck like a loyal girlfriend to this creamer and now it's curdling?? And it's thinner and less tasty. I'm devastated. Why mess up a good thing? I'm seriously considering going back to dairy creamer now because no other milk alternative does it for me anymore. What an absolute bummer.

Recipe Change without Notice
I have been using this product for years and when unable to find it, I tried many others and none were as good. Today I opened a new container dated for expiration in October and it is watered down and does not froth in my frother. SO DISAPPOINTED! Why would you change a product without notifying customers on the packaging? PLEASE change it back or I guess I will have to search again for a replacement.
