Love this mix. I doctor it up by adding 1 smashed banana, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup ground flax, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup of almond milk (plus more as needed), 3 scoops of collagen peptides or 1 scoop of Truvani vanilla protein powder, 3 tbsp melted coconut oil, a few shakes of cinnamon, and a dash of vanilla extract. Still delicious and my family is getting a a healthy amount of fiber, protein, etc!

This mix is delicious. I added mashed ripe bananas and chocolate chips. Result was super fluffy, bouncy, and flavorful muffins. The mix is not exclusively almond flour for those who have sensitivities. My only gripe is that it makes only a dozen very small muffins. For the price it may be cheaper to make from scratch with your own almond and coconut flour. Would only repurchase if on sale or with coupon
