excellent!
I was looking for a quick mix, low in sugar that was gluten free. Randomly picked this up and couldn't be happier! I made this in a loaf. I swapped half a banana for half the oil and it turned out awesome. I did the exact time of 15 mins then foil plus 23 more mins. 💯 will be keeping this in my pantry

Are we being pranked?
I recently purchased this boxed gluten-free banana bread mix, a title I now realize is aspirational at best, and deeply misleading at worst. With all due respect: Do you exclusively hire taste testers without functioning taste buds? Because what a pulled from my oven was not banana bread. It was a dense, vaguely spiced loaf impersonating banana bread. Upon inital tasting I thought that maybe I was supposed to supply my own bananas. Even my dogs, aka food dumpsters, declined a second bite. And frankly, they’re generous critics. If the product had been labeled "spice and sorrow" or " coconut flour concoction" maybe, but calling this banana bread is a disservice to bananas everywhere. Please advise whether this was: A manufacturing error A prank A social experiment to test consumer resilience Thank you

Sooo delicious. Not too sweet, the perfect texture. I use avocado oil and add a teaspoon vanilla extract for fun and you could add more sugar or maple syrup if you like them sweeter. Next time I may add some real banana or chocolate chips. I love how simple the ingredients are ..10 stars!!

Surprisingly tasty! Not dry at all. Without any add-ins it makes 12 small muffins; definitely not full size muffins. I would bake these every week if it wasn’t so pricey.

Shrinkflation Stikes Again!
I’ve been buying these for years bc my kid is gluten free so I know how many muffins a box makes. You can BARELY make 12 normal sized muffins out of this box anymore and since they are so expensive it’s important to get a good amount for the price. It’s cheaper to make your own muffins or flour mix from online vs buying boxed mix. My new GF banana muffin recipe is $4.25 for 12 muffins & it takes as much time. Just look for other recipes instead of spending so much money on low-quality mix so they can’t keep screwing you over with cutting the product.

So moist & delicious
New to gluten-free baking and this mix is amazing. I substituted water with almond milk, which probably made it more moist. I can’t wait to use this for muffins! I hope these types of products become cheaper.

OMG DELICIOUS
This muffin/bread mix is absolutely amazing!! Everyone in my household’s eyes lit up when they tasted the muffins. My 10 year old son was able to mix the 3 easy ingredients and bake them himself. A new breakfast staple in our house as we are swapping things out with less sugar and cleaner ingredients. Thanks Simple Mills.
