I was wondering why these cookies tasted kind of funny. It could be because they were delivered on September 21 and the Best By date was September 15. For the quantity you get at the price they charge. I’m very disappointed that I didn’t get fresher cookies.

These were underwhelming…. I don’t like them. I love the rosemary sea salt almond flour crackers by this brand are really good though! I buy those often but won’t ever buy these again, will be gifting to my aunt in fact, as I don’t like them. Not worth the wasted calories. I expected better. The nut butter didn’t even have hardly any taste

I was looking for a dairy free treat, these are not them. They are “cocoa” instead of chocolate because they taste bitter and burnt. Had to throw away the pack. Usually I like all things simple mills.

I like this brand so I was eager to try the sandwich cookies. The ingredients list is shorter than most name brand sandwich cookies. However, these sandwich cookies are kind of gross. No getting around that. Point blank: disgusting. The chocolate is too dark and the filling lacks a distinguishing taste. Would NEVER recommend this to ANYONE. Maybe ants. I’d recommend this product to nearby ants. But not a human.

It’s not gluten free. I have a severe stomach hurts after having this . I tested 2 days. So those who have gluten intolerance I won’t recommend this product.

These might be a good fit for folks who like super-mega dark chocolate? And who doesn't need the center filling to provide anything other than texture? But for everyone else, steer clear - these are really pricey for something that's such a miss on the flavor front. I'm giving it 2* because it hasn't caused an allergic reaction in me, and that's never a given, regardless of what labels say about gluten, dairy, and corn. But that kind of praise only gets you so far when I *threw out* the second half of the cookie I tried.

I had high hopes for these and bought them as a special treat when I was having a crew of gals over, half of whom are gluten sensitive. I asked one of my neices if they were good, and she just shook her head no. I had to try one. They tasted like they had ground up vegetable crackers and mixed them with cocoa to make the cookie dough. I am guessing it has to do with the carrot fiber they used. I love this brand for crackers, but skip these until they make the cookie part better.

Our crackers have always contained organic, high oleic, expeller pressed sunflower oil. We chose high oleic sunflower oil with purpose, as it has a different composition than typical sunflower oil. Sunflower oil is mainly composed of polyunsaturated, omega-6 fatty acids (predominately linoleic acid) which, when consumed in excess, is linked to more inflammatory risk. However, high oleic sunflower oil has a higher percentage of heart-healthy monounsaturated, omega-9 fatty acids (predominately oleic acid), which research has found to have positive outcomes related to inflammatory disorders and immune modulation. Expeller pressed sunflower oil allows us to avoid added chemical exposure used in the solvent extraction process. Instead, expeller pressing uses a press to gently extract the oil out of the seed. High oleic sunflower oil has excellent oxidative stability to maintain more of its nutritional properties throughout this pressing process. Additionally, the oil never gets anywhere near its smoking point during baking, thus preserving quality throughout the production process. Choosing high oleic sunflower oil in our crackers is an intentional effort to meet flavor and texture desirability without compromising on our mission to provide consumers with nutritious options made with purposeful ingredients only and nothing artificial, ever.

I bought a box of the cocoa cashew creme sandwich cookies. I bought them from Retail Rebel. They don't toss out of date items, but the price is cheaper. I found this one box, a year out of date, but more than half off. Since I have a severe peanut allergy, & I can't afford high priced tests, I don't see many nut butter cookies, & treats. These were amazing! My husband, & I though they were wonderful, & didn't believe they were out of date by a year, & one day. Best by dates don't scare me, & it was well sealed. I can't imagine a new box could taste any better. I hope to order some in the future. I hope to see what other products you make. I hope to see them for sale in Walmarts, or maybe our grocery stores. On my 12th birthday my mother served a carob cake at my party without telling anyone. These cookies taste just as disappointing. Now I am a mom with gf/df kids. I bought these cookies knowing there are great gf cookies out there. My 12 year old ate one and handed it back to me. If a child refuses a cookie you know it’s bad. Side note: we are all healthy non picky eaters.

That used to be my favorite company and I loved all their products but I've noticed every single of them is having inflammatory oils, either sunflower oil or even worse, palm oil. Cookies are delicious but it's a shame they call it healthy and better choice while putting one of the worst oils in the world. If you charge so much for a box of cookies, besides coconut sugar you can afford adding coconut oil or avocado oil.
