The Simple Modern Trek Tumbler is double walled and vacuum insulated to keep your drink hot or cold for hours. The cup is outfitted with an ergonomic handle, that is aesthetically designed for comfort. It comes with a straw lid and removeable straw so you can enjoy your favorite beverage on the go. The straw lid is four-way threaded to allow four different straw placements for your drinking hand preference. A: The item is not dishwasher safe, the writing on the bottom of the cup states hand wash only.

Intermittent handwashing and air drying will help preserve the life of any item though! You can also confirm dishwasher compatibility from the writing on the base.

Q: How long does it keep ice?

A: I haven’t ever intentionally kept track of how long ice lasts in this cup, but I feel like when I’ve added ice, it usually lasts the majority of the day - maybe like 8-10 hours? That’s an estimation, I’ve had the cup for about a year and I really like it!

Okay so the first one I got in the mail came with a big dent in it, it also came packaged well so i know this was an issue before it even was packaged. however, target is amazing. they make it so easy to just return this item, i got a refund to my account without even having to go in the store and i also got to keep the cup to recycle or donate.

Don't use shipping, buy in person or on Amazon. Order drive up in a neighboring town because closest store didn't have in stock. Store that said was in stock did not have it in stock thus I had to cancel my order. Last effort, I chose to have it shipped to me. That was a mistake - it came scrapped around top lid, cut on it's side down to the silver base, and stained in multiple places that took hard scrubbing with a brush and soap to clean. I had a better experience buying from Amazon the exact cup. Thought this would be simpler.

I bought this tumbler through the Target app. It's not a negative review for the product itself, but of Target. This item is suppose to have a reusable straw. The straw is missing. Target really needs to do better. This is the second item that I have to return due to missing parts.
