I love everything about this trash can (size, shape, amount it can hold, trash bag hidden, color, etc). Arrived in great condition, white is very pretty and clean. Took a star off because butterfly top is slightly loose and does not close evenly resulting in the two top halves looking “off” (not symmetrical) when closed. I have to shift them manually to make them line up correctly. For the price of this product, it should be perfect and not require a little adjustment each time from me. Disappointed in that aspect of the purchase. Do better Simple Human!

Very nice can. Functions well. Nice size and aesthetics. Could not give a 5 because no storage compartment for the spare liners. I have two other simplehuman trash cans and they both have a well-designed built in storage for the package of spare liners.

Love these for the kids bedrooms

I have purchased several silver
I have purchased several silver butterfly step cans in the past and love them. So, I ordered a white one. However, the lids overlapped slightly, so I returned it. When I received a replacement, the lids did not overlap but just barely. The two lids were perfectly parallel to each other on the silver cans. However, on the two white cans, they were not perfectly parallel. I am used to superior and design quality from the company as I have purchase dmany products over the years. So, I was a bit disappointed with my most recent purchase.

Very nice! We purched two of the 10L step cans for each of the bathrooms. They look so much nicer than an open trash can, and keep it looking clean. The butterfly lid was a must in our space as it didn't require the space as with other lid types.
