A: The wal mount pump can be removed by using a flat edge like a butter knife to pry away from the wayy and you can use a product like goo gone to remove any extra residue.

Did you know you can actually remove any of the three dispensers individually fir cleaning and pop it back on? Solid as a rock. Get rid of your product bottles and default to Simplehuman, so-weet! The pump is a beautiful organization tool for my shower. . . However, some of the bottles rock loose within their brackets unfortunately. When I pump shampoo for example, the bottle likes to shake around as if it's not securely fastened. Other than this, a great and aesthetically pleasing product, just like everything else from simplehuman!

This is our second one. We've had our 1st for years. Only reason for this purchase is to replace the one we have due to rust. My wish from this day going forward is that all companys take pride in the product they sell and make it to last. There's so much waste on our lands. The triple wall mount you must anchor with screws the tape alone will not hold the weight of 3 full dispensers. Hung ours with just tape fell and broke in in 2 days. Simplehuman replaced the unit and mounted this time with anchors. Dispenser has been up for 2 weeks love it.

Love the stainless steel construction and removable design. Wonderful product, the only thing I would change is add a larger labeling system (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. ) I can't see the words on the lids. Oh, and maybe add 2 accessory hooks per package instead of only 1. Still a superior product tho.

I ordered this item for my children’s bathroom so we would cut down on over use of soap and the, “which one do I use” claims. We used the adhesive option, as screwing into the tile isn’t an option for us. The good news is it did solve the problem as to which soap to use- although the labels are very difficult to see. The low stars are because it has fallen off the wall two times now crashing and dumping out the entire contents of the soaps- thus loosing over $70 in soap and a good amount of time scraping soap out of my tub. At this point this thing has cost me more than it has saved me.

One of my favorite products from Simple Human. I love all of my products in the shower with no big bottles stacked in the corner. On pump for my shampoo and the same for the hair rinse and body wash. I put these in ever bathroom AND HAVE FOR YEARS. I love being organized.

Sure, there's a warranty, but waiting 4-6 weeks for multiple replacements makes me sad.
