A: Most liquid hand soaps are compatible with our liquid sensor soap pumps. Our liquid sensor soap pumps also work with gel hand sanitizers. Please do not use any soaps with exfoliants or moisturizing beads as this will clog the pump. Very nice pump--solid and intuitive design
The pump works as desired--easy top fill with sealing cap, thoughtful sensor design (when your hand is under the spout, it dispenses--no difficulty with a "magic spot" like an automatic sink). My two gripes are: 1) The charging cord is proprietary--USB-A to a magnetic contact. A USB-A to USB-C would be ideal with a rubber plug/cover on the charging port--or a compartment to hold the proprietary charging cord. 2) The spout isn't labeled on the box or manual (there is no manual/leaflet), so I thought it was a plug--but it's actually a rubber spout to stop drips. Thankfully I wasn't able to pull it out but suspect many have. (You're package designer should put a removable sticker on the device or highlight on the box to inform users about the special leak-free spout)

I purchased two. . . .
My old Simple Human battery operated soap dispenser took a nose dive into the dish water and stopped working. Even after drying out the battery compartment with a fan I could not get it to work again. So. . . . . I bought two new rechargeable ones. One for hand soap and one for dish soap for the kitchen sink. They work well and look really nice side by side! Thanks, SimpleHuman, Carol

Impressed
This dispenser was a warranty replacement for a 2023 model that developed charging issues. Upon receiving this latest model. I've noticed several improvements. The soap flow is smoother and the power button is now a switch versus a push and hold for a few seconds to power on. So far, It's good.

Love the oil rubbed bronze finish!
This is our 5th sensor pump but the first in the bronze finish. I like the new on/off switch and the recharger connection. Both are much better than the old style. I also like how it’s more sensitive to hand placement. Well worth the money.
