A: I would say there is a "modesty" liner but it is the same thickness throughout. It is not intended to enhance the size of the bust.

A: This band stays in place but does roll up a bit. it is a narrow band so this hasn't been a big problem for me. it is still a very comfortable bra.

This was my daily wear bra for years, it was wearing out so I got the exact one in 2 colors. The clasps on one of them broke almost immediately, bent and pulling out of the fabric. The second one is doing the same now and the clasp constantly comes undone. Not up to the standard it was on my first purchase.
