To maintain optimal wine quality, I recommend using dual-zone temperature-controlled wine cabinets. When setting it up for the first time, allow a few hours before turning it on to let it reach the desired temperature. Though the initial cooling may take around three hours, the ability to preserve wine quality is exceptional. Don’t forget to check the helpful tips included at the end of the instruction manual!
