I love how well it worked for the time it did. I've had it 3 months and maybe used it twice a week. I ran it for 2-3 minutes yesterday and then it just stopped working. The display turns on but the fan does not. I have shoulder length hair that doesn't take too much to dry. Disappointing.

I had read good reviews on this product/brand so decided to give it a try. Have only used it twice and so far it works as described. I take damp hair, make sure there are no tangles (cannot use it if hair is tangled) and dry in sections. My hair dried fast, there was no frizz but as I was using it, I kept accidentally turning it off as the buttons are right where it rotates to work. The cord swivels with the dryer so it doesn’t get tangled. I also worry about possible damage this may cause as it’s hot air and a hot metal plate. I plan on getting a hair protectant just in case. Will update review as I use it a few more times.
