It plays music just fine but it doesn't seem to let me record anything and there is no blue light when I hit the cry sensor

I love that its cry activated and it stops my daughter from crying pretty quickly since she seems to really enjoy soothing music. Love this!

We keep this hanging by her crib—the magnetic clasps make it super easy and it actually stays put. It’s actually to turn on and off, and I like the cry-activated feature. Most of all the voice feature is super easy to record and convenient to have.

Also it's not padded enough for how heavy it is, so your kids are going to hurt themselves if they throw it at each other, or swing it at their faces.

The panda also comes with soothing music and attaches to cribs, playpen etc. Soft and small enough to take on the go perhaps while traveling to comfort little ones .

It comes with all the bells and whistles including being able to record my voice, smart sensor, and plays lullabies and soothing sounds. Works like a charm when he gets fussy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really impressed by the good quality and sound of the Skip Hop - Cry-Activated Soother - Panda because it actually lets me record my own voice so that my baby can hear it when she cries. The Panda Soother has its own lullabies and other soothing sounds but I liked that I could record my own little song for my baby. You can setup the Panda sound module so that when the baby cries it can automatically play to sooth your baby, and the volume on the module is not too loud. Now I did have a problem insert the module into the back of the Panda pouch, so I was able to hang the panda on the edge of the crib, but I did place it near the baby, far enough to were she wouldn't be able to grab it yet. Over all this is a very nice Cry-Activated Panda soother!

We can record our voice and it soothes baby with audio of our voice. No need to worry about the baby crying. Very safe and secure for newborn. Value for the money
