Nice of them to not have android compatibility. Well this is going in the trash...

Super cute concept so I was excited to get this. It keeps disconnecting from the WiFi and randomly won’t turn on even manually. I have to unplug it and plug it back in and sometimes it’ll turn on… that is not sustainable with a baby bedtime routine. The app is simple but kind of clunky for what it is. I really just wanted a sound machine for my baby that eventually could be a night light. I decided to just buy a different sound machine because I couldn’t take this thing anymore. What a waste!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] USELESS. Same with all the other comments, can't use with android so money down the drain. So annoying and inconvenient and whoever made it for iPhone only is selfish and ridiculous.

I loved the colors and sounds and my boys even named him, it was fun to be able to program him too. Unfortunately like others have said , it stopped working after only a month. Target failed to be able to help me with a return which was surprising to me. Now I just have a broken snail we really liked but can't use :(

For you to only make an iphone app without android support is insurmountably stupid. Like how does this company still exist kind of stupid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Item was gifted to us, and we were super excited about trying it out but come to find out the app isn't available for play store/android. Kind of inconvenient when there's millions of people who can't use this device unless they have some type of Apple device.

I hate this thing. It’s cute and it works well, except that it constantly will randomly turn off. When it does it wakes my baby who does not go to sleep easily. It’s been like torture. I’ll work so hard to get her to go to sleep just to have her woken up by this thing turning off. I’ve finally given up on it. Buy something else that doesn’t depend on Bluetooth.

Just bought this today and was so excited to use it. Incredibly disappointed to find out it ONLY works with iPhone. What a let down!! The box should be more clear as the "not suitable for Andriod" is very small. That's on me for not paying more attention, however, it's 2024, this should be compatible with all kinds. Not a very smart move to exclude an entire group of potential customers. DO NOT BUY unless you have an iPhone. Sadly, not the first time this has happened to us.

Ridiculous this doesn't support Android. Apple makes an inferior product for people of low intelligence. We received this as a gift. My wife really liked it and she is very disappointed.

This thing is such a waste of money. You can only control it with the app, unless mine is defective, and there is no android app. Just apple? Seriously? I like to be able to turn the thing on randomly when my kid falls asleep for a nap. I don't always have my ipad on me obviously and you definitely won't see me buy an iPhone so I'm just stuck, the thing is completely useless. Threw away all the packaging so can't return it but what a HUGE waste of money. For the record yes I tried make sure the option to disable the physical buttons is toggled off, still doesn't do literally anything when I press them.

I love the idea behind this device. The problem is is you want to leave and have a date night the routine you set up does not work if your phone is not in range. Another big issue is that if you have a 3bedroom two story house the device does not work bc it disconnects from my phone I. The room below. Want to love this but very frustrated with the amount of time it does not work and we have only had it a week

It disconnects and randomly turns off all the time. It does not work without WiFi connection. The colors I set never stay on and the routines done work. I’m so disappointed this was one of my most excited purchases from my registry and it only works 1/8 of the time. Avoid at all cost.

Their is no excuses to not support Android OS in this era

Saw nowhere in product descriptions on our registry that it's only suitable for apple. Only when I looked at the packaging did I see in the most inconspicuous corner that is only for apple. Super annoyed.
