Yogasleep Light to Rise Sleep Trainer and Sound Machine

Turns off randomly in the middle of the night.

I do not love this. We have had it for a while and it turns off some time in the night. I wish I had returned this. I have checked and I am not using the timer.

Would give this AND target zero stars for this purchase if I could. First off, instructions are super vague and it’s sorta difficult to program. Secondly, it quit working after 3 months of use. I took it back to target to return but because it was out of the 90 day window they would t take it back. They also wouldn’t give me a store credit for a new device because this item is sold and shipped by a third party. They told me I had to contact the manufacturer directly. So I did that Bc their website says they have a 1 year warranty. But Bc I bought it through target they said I’d have to take it up with target. So I called targets customer service number. The woman I spoke to was very kind, however, she again said that Bc the product was sold and shipped to me by a third party they could t refund me. Then she contacted the manufacturer for me and told me they said Bc I bought the product from target and not them directly the 1 yr warranty is void. She told me the only thing I could try to get my money back is to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. After three days of store visits and phone calls I still can’t get my money back and have had to spend another $70 on a hatch machine. What a waste of money and time. On top of that, the employees I spoke with at the store treated me like I was trying to pull a fast one and steal from them or something. After a handful of bad experiences with target this one put me over the edge. I will no longer be a target customer. Why would I want to shop somewhere with terrible customer service and be treated so poorly?

I’ve had it for less than 6 months and it turns itself off randomly in the night, causing my toddler to wake up. Would not recommend. Buying a different brand.
