SKLZ AccuStick Handheld Massager

I have two painful shoulders that destroy many nights and activities. Between injections and PT I have not been able to relieve pain until the accustick. I have thought of such a tool for more than twenty years of pain, when I saw this in the store I knew it would do the trick. Now I can do basically the same thing the PT, I prefer the PT over the stick. Lol A great product, wish I had it years ago. Next thing to invent is an accushoulder replacement, I’ll preorder 2

I’ve had the Accustick for months and I use it every so often to get immediate relief in my muscles. Usually I’m experiencing a knot/tightness or stiffness when I break the tool out to do some soft tissue work. Myofascial trigger point therapy is my aim for tools like this. This tool is not meant to fix your pain but it’s part of the healing process. As long as you understand that and how to use this it’s exactly the kind of product a physical therapist would use and recommend to a more general recovery program.

I tried the Accustick in the store and bought it immediately. I have chronic scapula pain and used it once for 5-10 minutes. This spot that had been painful on and off for years felt instant relief. This tool applies a lot of pressure with little exertion. It’s better than a massage. Way better than a massage chair at a 5th of the cost. It’s so helpful that I got another one right away.

I’ve been having upper thoracic spine mobility issues for awhile. After a few days of use wowza upper back feeling awesome! This powerhouse has just the right curves to get into every little nook and cranny of your body. It’s also a bit pliable too. I’d like to hug whoever invented this baby.

Purchased this a couple of weeks ago & fell in love with it at the store. It works amazingly well to release the knots in my shoulders & neck. It also works great on all other muscle groups! Very pleased. I have tried many tools for accupressure & this is the first that works the way I need it to. Love, love, love the Accustick!!

These were meant to be Christmas gifts, but once the recipients realized they had arrived, they were immediately put into use. Every home should have one of these. I work in a corporate fitness center and recommend these to everyone when we are talking mobility and recovery.

As a person who loves sports and being active I find this product very effective for many body parts. I like the fact that it can be used for trigger point release, and as a massage stick, that is wonderful. The smoothness makes it feel more like a forearm massaging me. Using a tennis/lacrosse ball was not enough for me, I also needed to massage the trigger point after to release the lactic acid and get blood flowing into the muscle. The Accustick curves can be used to easily apply pressure to my quads and calves. The 2 curve points provide a different pressure sensation depending on what my body needs. Most products I have tried are very 1-dimensional, so this thing is well thought out. Works really great on the back also, releasing my traps and neck muscles. After swimming, running, and cycling I have some serious knots and don’t want to wait for my next massage session, so this works great by filling in the gaps in between sessions. Just simple and effective muscle maintenance to reduce injury is important to me. Really good product, get it!
