Bought one for my daughter and it came apart after two practices. Great idea, terrible quality. I would not recommend this product until it is better designed.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago and they are coming apart, there are 2 layers of foam and you can see where its coming apart. I havent even used them yet (im in jersey too cold) , i know they will not survive a practice. Please help. It is a great idea but the quality is very good, or my batch at least.

This was purchased for a Xmas gift, and when my son opened the present, the pads were coming apart. He hasn't even used it. The premise is great and is a great tool but quality control needs to devise a better production concept.
Not worth the time or money

I got this to work with my 8yr old on infield skills. We practiced with it for 15 minutes last night and when she handed it back to me, the 2 foam pads were separating.

Great concept Absolutely no cheating with this. Promotes hand eye coordination... Durability is a little bit of an issue staple is coming out of the thumb area. If that was fixed these would be a 10+ easy
Every coach needs to have these

We have 10 of these and use them all the time. Every good coach knows he must always practice basic fundamentals and this is a core component to our practices. We use them for ground ball and popup practices. Our boys square in front of the ball and use the alligator hand approach on grounds in games and two hands during pop ups. A fun thing we do at the end of practice is use a softball sized foam ball, softhands and regular composite bats. Split the boys into two teams and play a game at the end of practice. It is amazing how the naturally revert to proper technique.
