It looks small but it is adult size. The first night when I used it, it was uncomfortable but nights after that, it is really comfy. I guess just need time to adjust it. The good point is no boiling needed. It comes with the storage too so I can bring it for travel. I clean it after everytime I used with cleaning dental.

It’s fully adjustable to fit any mouth size and doesn’t require any molding, which makes it really convenient. It does a great job at reducing teeth grinding. My only issue is with the swiveling piece. It’s a bit too firm and doesn’t contour well to the bite, so it can feel like you’re clenching down on hard plastic. Still, compared to other over-the-counter options, it’s the best I’ve used.

The plastic pieces that lay between your back teeth are so HARD! This was not comfortable at all to sleep with. I tried. Not happy.
