A: Nope, The Bio Mat is filled with Amethyst Crystals, made in Hawaii and the smallest BioMatt is probably about $1000 bucks right now.

Q: There are for levels but what does that mean? I have no chart to decide which level I would like my mat on for therapy. Most manuals have explanation of the different modes / levels.

A: No. I was expecting it to be a heating pad but it doesn’t become hot. I think the 5 star reviews are for something else.

Q: Does this device emit TRUE INFRARED w/red lights or is this red light only? INFRARED is not seen by the eye & goes deeper into skin. Red lights mimic infrared but on the surface of skin.

Product stopped working
Hi there I bought an infrared body mat in April 2025 but after using it for three months, the mat stopped working. The lights don’t light up anymore. I would like to get a warranty replacement. Thanks

I am a new fan of this brand. I tweaked my back and was in the worst pain I can remember. Something was being pinched. I tried this product and thought it would help with inflammation. I used it serveral times the first day and it seemed to be helping. I woke up in the middle of the night with stabbing pain, put it under my back and turned it on a 30 minute timer. I was able to fall back asleep from the relief. Everyday it got better. this will definately be my go to for inflammation

Learning red light
The mad itself is hard not as soft, smooth material The wrap for the lights is around band is really sticky to the material that tears it up easily. There could’ve been a strip area for an extra part to where it’s not tearing up the material. The stitching on it doesn’t look that great on there and the lights were flickering. The red lights were flickering off and on really fast like motion light.
