Q: Is this ACTUAL microcurrent technology like the Nuface & Foreo devices use or does it just vibrate?
A: It really doesn't sound like it has true microcurrant tech. It's obviously a lie or a misinterpretation from which ever country makes this.

Q: where can I receive the instructions and manual for this device?
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about SLF Red Light Microcurrent Neck and Face Uplifter. While you search for the specific manual, here's a general idea of how these devices are typically used: Cleanse Skin: Start with clean, dry skin. Apply Conductive Gel: This is crucial for microcurrent devices. You need to apply a thin layer of a conductive gel or serum to the area you are treating. Without it, the microcurrent won't effectively penetrate the skin, and you might feel uncomfortable zaps. Turn On & Select Mode/Intensity: Power on the device and select your desired mode (e.g., just microcurrent, just red light, or a combination) and intensity level. Glide the Device: Gently glide the device in upward and outward strokes along your jawline, cheeks, forehead, and neck. Refer to the manual for specific recommended movements and durations for each area. Clean Device: After each use, wipe the device clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge it in water. Consistency is Key: Use consistently (e.g., 5 minutes daily) for best results. If you have trouble finding it: Look for the specific model number if available (though the generic "SLF Red Light Microcurrent Neck and Face Uplifter" is common). Contact Solaris Laboratories NY customer support directly through their website. They should be able to provide you with the digital manual. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Q: What is the frequency range?
A: Hi Karla, thanks for reaching out about SLF Red Light Microcurrent Neck and Face Uplifter. Unfortunately, finding the precise microcurrent frequency range for the specific SLF Red Light Microcurrent Neck and Face Uplifter can be difficult. Manufacturers don't always prominently display those exact specifications. However, I can provide you with some general information about microcurrent frequency ranges used in similar beauty devices: General Microcurrent Frequencies: Microcurrent devices typically operate within a low-frequency range, often between 0.3 Hz and 50 Hz. This low-level electrical current is designed to mimic the body's natural electrical currents, stimulating facial muscles and promoting collagen production. Red Light Wavelengths: It is more common for manufacturers to specify the wavelengths of the red light therapy component. For red light therapy, the wavelengths are usually in the range of approximately 620nm to 730nm. Device Function: It is important to understand that the microcurrent is used to stimulate muscle tissue, and the red light therapy is used to stimulate collagen production in the skin. Therefore, they are two seperate functions. Therefore, while I cannot give you the precise microcurrent frequency for the SLF device, I can confirm that microcurrent devices in general operate in a low frequency range. When looking at these devices, it is more common to find the red light wavelength information. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Q: Should protective eye wear be used with this red light therapy device?
A: Hi Phyllis, thanks for reaching out about SLF Red Light Microcurrent Neck and Face Uplifter. This is for informational purposes only. For medical advice or diagnosis, consult a professional. It's generally not necessary to wear protective eyewear specifically for the SLF Red Light Microcurrent Neck and Face Uplifter. Here's why: Low-Intensity Red Light: The red light emitted by these devices is typically at low intensities, designed to be safe for skin exposure. Focus on Skin: The primary purpose of these devices is to target the skin, not the eyes. However, there are a few considerations: Sensitivity: Some individuals may experience slight eye discomfort from the red light. If you feel any discomfort, it's best to stop use and consult the product instructions or contact the manufacturer. Eye Contact: While unlikely, direct and prolonged exposure of the eyes to the light source should be avoided. Recommendation: Consult the User Manual: Always refer to the specific instructions provided with your SLF Red Light Microcurrent Neck and Face Uplifter for the most accurate safety guidelines. Use Common Sense: If you feel any discomfort in your eyes during use, discontinue use and consult the product instructions or contact the manufacturer.
