Not Sourdough
Please stop calling bread with gluten added back in sourdough. It is not anymore. The whole point of sourdough is that the fermentation breaks down the gluten and hard to digest sugars. Adding gluten back in ruins it and why the other junk? Don’t bother to call it sourdough anymore, it is just another junk food bread, which should be labeled sourdough flavored instead.

The Favorite Day Gourmet bread I bought today was 14 oz. and $4.19. Great bread but 100% price increase overnight. It was $4.19 for 28 oz. At this price so many other alternatives. Target, you priced yourself out of the market.
