I installed a SlimEdge attachment Bidet in my home 6 months ago & liked it so much I installed a Slim Zero bidet toilet seat in my motorcoach. Both of these products were very easy to install & work exactly as they should. There's No going back to the "Old" way of taking care of business on the "Throne"!!

Easy to use and reasonably priced. The t-valve didn't work with our toilet but the plumber we used was able to use a different t-valve. Keep this in mind if you are installing this seat on your own.

Not having an outlet available, I was limited to non-electric versions. Despite my nervousness of cold water, I found it not to be an issue. In the Pacific Northwest, ground water is often cold, however, it's not like submerging a body part in freezing water, but a small stream. While the nightlight is a nice feature, I found that I didn't need it. The seat is what took away a star. Despite being installed by a professional, it became loose within a few months and still doesn't feel quite secure when sitting on it. I am looking at trying out the attachment piece for the other toilet.

We bought this bidet during covid-19 and let it sit for months not being sure if we would like it in winter. We installed it in Spring 2022 and have been so happy with it. We are now buying a new home and having a bidet is now a necessity. Either we take this one or buy another. My wife was having UTI problems and thinks this is one of several reasons she has not had one for over six months. If it was not such a sensitive subject we would be telling all our friends but it gets embarrassing to rant and rave about this toilet seat that cleans as well.

disappointed for sure - 2 years ago, Verified purchaser
This toilet seat is very round and very thin as far as width of seat. I am so disappointed with it. My sister has one she ordered a couple of years ago and I was just at her house. Her seat, even though suppposedly identical to mine, is so much better! Mine does now even begin to fit my elongated toilet and the seat is flimsy and terribly uncomfortable. I wish I had opted for a more expensive one that is made with quality, if one can even get quality since Covid. It seems that everything is m,ade cheaper but costs more. Don't get this one!!!!!

I recently purchased this bidet toilet seat and so far I'm very pleased. It was easy to install, fits my toilet bowl perfectly, and looks modern, neat, and stylish. It's easy to operate and the lid has a slow close feature which is a plus. The blue night light is a really nice touch, you can have it set to high, low, or off. It gives just the right amount of light to find your way in the dark. The bidet will leave you feeling clean, fresh, and comfortable. My husband loves it too.

We purchased this bidet 6 weeks ago and we really like it. There are 2 major issues we have but overall we are very pleased with the seat. This seat is for an elongated bowl, which ours is but it is still about 1/4 inch too short for our bowl. The other issue is no matter how tight we make the seat bolts the seat continues to slide, even off the edge of the bowl. We are also concerned that the water handle is in a bad location if you have little children. The water handle is very prominent and tempting for little ones. I also wish I had opted with one with heated water. The seat material is good and the overall appearance is pleasing.

I installed this seat last night. My biggest issue with it is the amount of space on the back of the seat taken up by air. I opened up the under part of the seat and saw how much space they had to work with. They could’ve tightened things up to give the seat more space. Having an elongated toilet, my biggest priority was the space. This does well at keeping a lot of the front space with the thinner seat up front, but the design lacked on the backend. Other than that, install was simple, the light is a great touch, and it does exactly what it was made to do. Just a note: it uses sturdy parts unlike some of these cheaper bidets with all plastic pieces.
We love it and have order more for family members

This is the third type we have tried, but the first complete seat. We are highly satisfied and have spread the word to family members and have purchase two more as gifts. I found installation to be simple and within the skill set of amateur DIYers. There's no comparison as to the resulting cleanliness.

I bought this because I do not have electricity near my toilet to support heated water. The installation instructions are easy. I did have the challenge of being in a very tight alcove but I got it done. The lever works well. Forward for a front wash, back for a rear wash. Intensity is determined by how far you push the lever. I like feeling cleaner than toilet paper. At some point in the future, I may have an electrical outlet installed and upgrade to heated water and a blower to dry off. A girl can dream, right?

Bought prior to downsize move to try inexpensive bidet as first time user. Installation was simple BUT it took much longer due to need for 2nd method of attaching bidet plate since 1st (preferred method) consistently did not work. Bidet nut attachments were also challenging since one side of toilet was close to a wall making it difficult to attach and tighten two of the nuts properly. Following installation, bidet worked like a charm.
Design flaw - avoid at all costs

This seat has a design flaw which the manufacturer does not acknowledge. The selector valve goes from off, to on full pressure then as you continue adjusting the lever to low pressure. This design has two problems 1) Usage is painful as you are subjected to a high pressure blast on you sensitive areas before you can dial the pressure down. 2) Flooding risk. The off position is with the lever in the fully upright position. Moving the lever ever so slightly forward or backwards results in a full pressure stream of water leaving the toilet heading towards the ceiling. If the lid is down the water blasts off the lid and sprays out the side. If the lid is up, the water goes a surprisingly long way. There was no detent to hold the lever in the off position, so with small kids in the house I could only imagine calamity. I expressed these design flaws to customer service when I tried to return. However because it had been installed, they would not take it back. How I was supposed to know of the problems before I installed I am not sure. Since bio bidet does not appear to stand behind this product, you may want to also take that into consideration when shopping.

Hello, Thank you for sharing this information. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your new bidet. Since non-electric bidets work off our your home's water pressure they tend to be strong. If you close your water shut off valve slightly you can reduce the amount of water going into the bidet, this will help control the pressure lever on the bidet. If you have any additional questions we would be happy to walk you through this process. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team directly as they will be able to assist further. They can be reached M-F 9am-5pm CST at 847-458-2334 or toll free 877-339-5214. Thank you, Bio Bidet

I bought this for my wife a few months ago, and after a few giggles I went to “work” installing it. Less than 15 minutes later I was done, without the usual cussing and without any personal injuries. It was that easy! It was so easy, my wife was worried that I forgot something. No comment. Anyway, the thing works! Toilet paper consumption is down, which is pretty darned import in these Covid days. That said, there was one small issue: water pressure. There is a lot, and you need to be careful when you, uh, rinse off, if you know what I mean. The first time through it almost launched my wife. Kind of funny, actually, but I had to take the blame. Oh,well! This thing is great!
