Not the best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually love smart sweets snacks and candy, but this one wasn't my favorite. It's advertised as sour, and it certainly is sour! But it was missing that sweetness most smart sweets snacks have to balance out the flavor. I probably won't be trying again.

Flavor lacking, good chew

I would prefer to have a sugar taste if I am eating candy. The sour flavor was decent, but didn’t make me pucker. Overall, I don’t think I would purchase this product again. But for people looking for alternatives, this would be a decent option.

Not my texture

There was something about the texture that I could not get on board with. It was overly gummy and didn’t have the chew I was hoping for. The taste was ok but it was really hard to experience the full flavor when I was so put off by the texture. I could see it satisfying a group of people who enjoyed this texture, especially for those who are trying to watch their carb intake.

Amazing healthier option for gummies

The sour is also good— I think it could be a bit more sour, but this is probably better for my teeth. The texture is amazing; I tend to not like gelatin based gummies, so I really loved this one. Very chewy and sticky but doesn’t stick to your teeth.

The SmartSweets Sourmelon Bites are sour mini pink and green watermelon slices. They have a nice, chewy texture, and the watermelon flavor is nice too. What I didn’t like was the powder coating it was too dry and had an aftertaste that was bitter rather than sour for me. What I did like is that they are sugar-free, which is a big plus for me. I’m willing to try other SmartSweets gummies to find the perfect one for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like that these sweets are made with Health in mind, but I wasn’t the biggest fan of these, as they were a bit harder than the usual sour gummy candy. The flavor was also interesting, less melon and more sour. Overall I wouldn’t buy these for myself but wouldn’t put anyone off them as I feel they’re for a specific taste. They pass the test for sourness and I do like that they’re not super sticky, the serving size is good as well.

They start off pretty sour and it does go down as you eat it, however, I didn’t feel like it became sweet like other candies. I do wish it had a more sweet watermelon flavor after the sour. They don’t get stuck in your teeth either which is awesome.

Overly sour and bad texture and flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, this was probably one of the worst candies i’ve tried before. I understand it’s advertised with no added sugars and is low in natural sugar but these are overly sour and not sweet at all. I love sour and sour candies and these were just way too much in a very unpleasant way. Also, because they’re plant-based candies, the texture is sticky and not pleasant to chew either. The candy just ends up sticking to your teeth.
