I like that it contains all the vitamins like Vitamin D, B12, omega3, zinc and other vitamins. I have noticed my kids have high energy levels after started taking this vitamin supplement. SmartyPants used to be our go-to — my kids loved it and even my doctor recommended it to me (I'm a total lightweight with supplements). But ever since the new formula for the Multi & Omegas came out, it's been nothing but tummy trouble. I paused it for a week on a hunch, reintroduced it, and boom, same issue - loose stool and tummy aches. Super disappointing because it was the best. Not sure what changed, but definitely a thumbs down from us.

During the time they were using it they didn’t seem to get sick which is definitely a plus. The packaging was easy to use and you seem to get a lot as well. I tried them and they taste like every other kids gummy multivitamin…fruity lol. I will buy again simply for the fact that they include Omega-3. Only 15 calories per 2 gummies and non-GMO. I would recommend to any parents looking for a multi/omega combination for their kids.

He sleeps well and seems to be getting back to having regular number two’s again . Sorry tmi but if you have a child who isn’t regular and do not want to take the route of laxatives this is great . He loves taking them , he thinks they are candy and the ingredients are good . I highly recommend these !
