The packaging is nice because you can easily tell which one is for the kids and which one is for adults. Hopefully it is effective as so far she said she doesn't feel sleepy in school at all.

Only downside is that they have extra sugar and things that may not be needed, but at least they are taking vitamins so it’s a give and take.
