The actual supplement itself is good quality, no food dyes, free of many known allergens as well. My issue is with the taste. My kids didn't really care for the taste. I tasted them as well and didn't like the taste. They taste like fish oil - although I had no burping or aftertaste, I just thought immediately, kids won't care for these. I'm sure they'll grow on some though.

My personal order of favorite to least favorite would be lemon, then orange and lastly, I believe the red one is strawberry banana(it had a very vitamin-y taste to it) They do semi dissolve into an almost gum like texture. Kid approved taste, Mommy approved benefits!

Tons of healthy ingredients including 85mg of Omega-3 per 2 gummies, vitamin c & d for immune support, vitamin K for bone health, and iodine for Cognitive Developement!!! There is 60 gummies per bottle! 4 and older takes 2 per day! They also contain msthylated forms of nutrients which means they are easily absorbed by the body! They are soft fruity gummies with a little bit of sugar on them! Cannot wait to see how these help the kiddos!
