Combined with a reinforced stability plate in the arch and heel, these insoles enhance motion control and support, making it ideal for customers with low arch types. Additional features include a CoolMax fabric top cover that wicks away moisture and Skydex air capsules in the heel and arch that convert impact into kinetic energy. The nylon plate reinforces foot alignment, while the Gel forefoot enhances shock absorption. These insoles provide enhanced stability and support. Sizing in US Women's/Men's sizes.

Seems to Be Helping My Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome
My Podiatrist recommended the Fit for Low Arch. I have flat feet and a preliminary diagnosis of Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome in my left foot. I've been wearing it for about six weeks. The tingling and numbness is diminishing slowly, after a period of progressive worsening prior to my using the insole. (I am an avid road cyclist, regularly riding more than 3,000 miles a year.)

Low arch insert
I bought four sets of these insoles and have them in all my shoes. I am so happy with them.
