I love this! Easy to swallow and more important, easy on the stomach because of its’ time released component. I am sad that due to the Covid-19 virus, I can’t seem to find it in stock anywhere! I definitely recommend it.

An Advanced Form of Vitamin C
I have been using the Solaray formula of "Super Bio C Buffered" now for several years. I believe it is the only formula to supply 70% of Bioflavonoids along with each capsule of ascorbic acid. (Two-caps = 1000 mg of vit-C along with 700 mg or more of bioflavonoids) The research is available on this combination that shows that vit-C will reach more cells and be more functionally useful overall than other vit-C formulas without high-dose flavonoid combinations. Thanks Swanson for making this product available for a great price. I usually purchase the 360 count size, but 250 ct. is pretty good as well.
