I’m a fan of Solgar products. This is just one more plus for me. I take 1 pill 30 minutes before bed & I sleep through the night, wake up without feeling groggy. I recommend to anyone that has a busy mind & can’t get a full nights rest. Beginner or expert will benefit.

Mixed feelings

After taking this supplement 30 minutes before bed, I had more trouble falling asleep than I normally do. But, once I started sleeping well around 5am, I slept really great.

Best sleep remedy I’ve found!

I’ve taken this a few times now but not every evening, it works so well for me. I’ll take it about an hour before I want to sleep, it puts me in a very calm relaxing state of mind. I have woken up in the middle of the night after taking it, but when I do I can easily go back to sleep which is never the case if I don’t take this. In the morning I wake easily and have never felt groggy or weirded out by it. This is absolutely the best sleep “helper” for me who side affects at all! I highly recommend and have told many people about this product, such a great company!

Great product

I have only had this product for about a week, but I can already tell it's working for me. It takes a little longer than 30 minutes to fall asleep, but I think when my body gets used to it that it will work as advertised.

Great product

My son and I love this product. He is easily distracted and this keeps him focused throughout his day. I have trouble staying asleep and this is a great way to get a full nights rest.

Puts me to sleep and keeps me asleep

I have had sleeping problems ever since I was a kid. I used to wake up on average about 6 times a night and just could never go back to sleep. I’ve tried everything out there and everything either made me super groggy in the morning or just never helped. A coworker of mine had a small sample of this and told me about how they took it and it worked well, so I decided to try it out for myself. So glad I did! After I take this, within 30 min I can feel the relaxation come over me and usually within two hours or so I’m passed out (in a good way) and I actually stay asleep. I love how there’s different layers to these tablets that hits at different times and it doesn’t make me feel groggy in the morning whatsoever. I even ended up taking it on a night where I only got about 3 hours of sleep — I realized way too late in the night I couldn’t sleep on my own — and it still didn’t make me feel groggy the next morning! I take this with CBD at night and I’m out for the night. Love it and highly recommend! This is definitely the best sleep product I’ve ever used.
