    Damaged parts

    The rack looks great and the design is exactly what I needed, but one of the parts arrived damaged. The plastic piece was broken right out of the box, which made assembly difficult. Once put together it seems sturdy, but the damaged part was disappointing. I’m hoping the seller can send a replacement piece so I can use it properly.

    sways and not heavy duty

    Box arrived with a hole and that shelf was bent. Instructions were horrible with drawn pictures that didn't explain directions of top or bottom of how each shelf was to be placed, the plastic clips to hold each pole slip and slide and don't seem to lock into place correctly. It sways when you move the cloths around so as for heavy duty no it's not, I want to say it's more for light child clothes not for adults clothes, it is roomy I'll give it that, but it's not very sturdy. But for the cheap price you get what you pay for.

    Top section is deceiving.

    It is sturdy. I recommend measure the length of your shirts. On the top sections my shirts hang onto the bar below. I would rather they hung loosely like the image.

    Piece of crap

    I’m disgusted by this product. Honestly it is missing parts. It looks like a piece of I can’t believe target actually sells it very disappointing , what a waste of time. Majorly false advertising at best flimsy just do not buy this.
