Q: How big are the make up brushes

A: Jemma, The #6 brush is mainly used to apply shadow to the mobile lid. You can also use it to apply a transition shade to the crease/hood and then use the #7 brush, a blending brush, with nothing on it to simply blend. You might even use the #8 brush to apply the darkest color in a limited area at the upper outside corner of your eye/hood and then use the blending brush again. Many people don’t blend enough. Gold comes off after multiple uses. I notices the gold coming off in my makeup bag it crinkle up amd is flaking off. After washing (oversue) this is what's left and it's still coming off.

These are my favorite make up brushes. I had my old set for like 3 years before the handles started to peel. I tried to replace them up Elf’s set and I hated them and took them back and bought a second set of Sonia K. The products go on so flawlessly and smooth with these brushes. Why does the box set not come with the nice brush head covers like when you buy the brushes individually? I'm disappointed. The covers are a nice travel benefit. Would have given 5 stars for the quality of the brushes and the beautiful design of the gold metal handles otherwise.

I have loved Sonia Kashuk brushes for years, so much so that it’s been a while since I’ve bought brushes because my old ones have held up so well to makeup + washing. I ordered this hoping to replace some of my older brushes but I have to be honest that the quality has really declined, the brushes are not as dense and the bristles aren’t shaped evenly on top. I can’t justify keeping them so I will be returning.
